We want you to love your Nauvelle makeup. If it isn't right for you, email customerservice@nauvelle.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we will make it right with an exchange or a refund of the price you paid.

Valid on orders placed directly on nauvelle.com.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

If your order used a discount, the refund reflects the price actually paid.

We will reply with simple instructions if we need the product sent back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping.
