Your satisfaction is our priority. If your Nauvelle product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our Customer Care team at 📧 customerservice@nauvelle.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping your product back to us.

Conditions of Acceptance

  • Only items purchased directly on nauvelle.com are eligible for return.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, with all seals and protective packaging intact.
  • Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

We stand by the quality of our formulas. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be refunded.

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Eligible refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Refund amounts exclude initial shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your product, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
